I'm currently working on a "Jewel" set of digital paintings. I'm going to be using models other than myself (I hope) but I started with a self-portrait for now since it is the most easily accessible.

Oooh, DAMN! Katie this is flipping AMAZING! It looks like you took a photo of yourself and this is it - fabuloso my dear. There's something funny about the hair on the bottom right side - the color dramatically changes. But maybe that's just how it was on the model? I love how soft it all is...

haha, yeah, I got way too lazy to mess with the hair again. I accidentally put the bottom right piece on a different layer so its colour wasn't messed with and then I forgot about it. XD;

P.S. I was actually originally considering painting you for one of the jewels! I would just need to find the right picture.
